Michael Fleischer is currently the director of a family foundation and charitable trust. He serves as vice chair of Walkway Over the Hudson, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and improving Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park.
He was formerly the president and owner of the Holby Valve Company and served as a board member of the Community Foundation of the Mid-Hudson Valley, Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, and Dutchess County SPCA.
Fleischer was previously a classroom teacher and received his master’s degree in education from SUNY Stony Brook.
