Planned work affects subway service at Fulton St

September 1 – 2

  • No 5 Line icon trains in both directions (Shuttle trains operate in the Bronx only, between Dyre Av and E 180 St).
  • No uptown A Line Subway Link C Line Subway Link trains* (Uptown trains are rerouted via the F Line Subway Link from Jay St-MetroTech to W 4 St).

* A Line Subway Link C Line Subway Link service change is also in effect on Labor Day, Monday,
     Sep 3.

Travel alternatives:

  • 5 Line icon customers: Take the 4 Line icon train instead.
  • A Line Subway Link C Line Subway Link customers:
    Take the Brooklyn-bound A Line Subway Link or C Line Subway Link to Jay St-MetroTech and transfer to a Manhattan-bound A Line Subway Link or C Line Subway Link train. Or, go to the nearby World Trade Center/Chambers St station; take the E Line Subway Link to W 4 St, where uptown A Line Subway Link and C Line Subway Link trains are available.

September 8 – 9

  • No 5 Line icon trains in both directions (Shuttle trains operate in the Bronx only, between Dyre Av and E 180 St).
  • No uptown A Line Subway Link trains (Uptown trains are rerouted via the F Line Subway Link from Jay St-MetroTech to W 4 St).
  • No C Line Subway Link trains in both directions – Take the A Line Subway Link instead (C Line Subway Link trains run between 168 St and the 2 Av F Line Subway Link station; in Brooklyn, F Line Subway Link trains replace C Line Subway Link trains).
Travel alternatives:
  • 5 Line icon customers: Take the 4 Line icon train instead.
  • A Line Subway Link C Line Subway Link customers:
    Take the Brooklyn-bound A Line Subway Link to Jay St-MetroTech and transfer to a Manhattan-bound A Line Subway Link. Or, go to the nearby World Trade Center/Chambers St station; take the E Line Subway Link to W 4 St, where uptown A Line Subway Link and C Line Subway Link trains are available.
