To make a Freedom of Information request for records from the New York City Transit Authority please write to the Freedom of Information Unit at 130 Livingston Street, Brooklyn, New York, 11201or go to http://www.mta.info/faqs.htm and follow the instructions to submit an electronic FOIL request to NYCT.

Please make sure that you describe the records you are requesting with specificity and include your name, phone number and postal address.
