Examination Notices


Exam Schedule is subject to change. Please check the exam schedule each month.

PRO - Promotional Exam. Applicants must have permanent civil service status or appear on a preferred list to apply.

OC - Open-Competitive Exam. Exam is open to all applicants who meet the minimum qualifications.

MaBSTOA exams are administered by MTA NYC Transit's Examination unit. All other exams are administered by the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS).
