Ira Greenberg is an attorney in New York City in general practice and of counsel to the law firm Leavitt & Kerson, specializing in elderlaw.
He is former counsel to Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan and worked for the New York State Assembly from 1987 to 2003, providing counsel on transportation issues, especially those relating to the MTA Capital Programs. While with the legislature he worked on laws involving procurement, public participation, and safety.
