Tap Into the Future Now

stops in Manhattan; plus Borough Hall, Brooklyn; and 138th St (3rd Av and Grand Concourse) in the Bronx You'll also be able to use your card on the following buses:
M 14/23/79/86/101/102/103 and BxM7.

Special note: by registering your card or device online or by telephone, you can still take advantage of MTA MetroCard pay-per-ride or unlimited ride discounts.
This new technology costs less to operate and provides special benefits to customers, including faster bus boarding and easier regional connectivity. By participating in this pilot, you will help define our new fare collection system. The pilot is a partnership between MasterCard, MTA, NJ TRANSIT, and PATH; so if you travel between New York and New Jersey you'll be able to use your contactless credit/debit card or device at most Manhattan and New Jersey PATH stations, on NJ TRANSIT 6, 80, 87 bus lines, and on the AirTrain at Newark Liberty International Airport. Check the map link above for details.
