Vibraphonist, musician, composer Sean McCaul has performed at numerous NYC venues such as the Knitting Factory, BB King's and River to River Festival, and has played on some great recordings as a featured guest on the Philip Glass/Yo Yo Ma soundtrack, "Naqoyqatsi," A highly in-demand session player, Mr. McCaul has played at many upscale private events and concerts. When he is not dragging his unwieldy instrument around the city, which is no easy task, Sean is in the studio working on original music. To date, Sean has self-released four albums; his latest effort a solo vibraphone album entitled "Alone." He has also provided music for film soundtracks, children's videos, and dance performances. Sean's sound defies easy classification but can be best described in two words, "beautiful music."
