Erik Heger began studying harp at age seven. He has played and recorded music for theatrical productions throughout the U.S. including Blue Man Group, American Conservatory Theater, and Shakespeare Santa Cruz. In 2010, Erik was a featured performer at the Apollo Theater for the annual Jazz Foundation of America's fundraiser (other performers included Roberta Flack, Lou Reed, David Johansen, and Ron Carter). Erik is a member of The Michael Pemberton Band and performs on its in-progress rock opera based on The Master and Margarita. His first solo harp album was recorded in the spring of 2012. He plays throughout New York City as a soloist for parties, weddings, and events. Erik is also an accomplished stage, film, and television actor.
