The Ride

To secure your seat on  THE RIDE  of your choice, you must take your ticket voucher to  THE RIDE box office, located at 234 West 42nd Street (inside Madame Tussaud's in Times Square).

THE RIDE  box office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Your voucher will need to be exchanged for a timed ticket prior to boarding.

THE RIDE  departs from 46th and Broadway. Subject to availability - Vouchers may be exchanged for the next available RIDE. 

The RIDE departs as follows:

    April 1 - September 2
      Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday:   7 p.m.,  8:30 p.m.
      Friday:  7 p.m.,  7:30 p.m.,  8:30 p.m.
      Saturday:  12 p.m.,  1 p.m.,  2 p.m.,  3 p.m., 4 p.m.,  7 p.m.,  7:30 p.m.,  8:30 p.m
      Sunday:  12 p.m.,  1 p.m.,  2 p.m.,  3 p.m.,  4 p.m.

Holiday Schedules:

    Fourth of July:
      Tuesday, July 3:    7 p.m.,  8:30 p.m.
      Wednesday, July 4:    12 p.m.,  1 p.m.,  2 p.m.,  3 p.m.,  4 p.m.
    Labor Day:
      Monday, September 3:    12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m.

The Deal

  • ADMISSION: On sale April 1. Discount Ride admission: adults, senior citizens, individuals receiving Medicare and children, $55.
  • RAIL FARE : Discount round-trip rail fare. Check here from your boarding station.

Purchase your rail/admission ticket from any Metro-North ticket office or full-service ticket vending machine (excluding Grand Central) or through WebTicket..

Getting There

Address: 234 West 42nd Street (inside Madame Tussaud's in Times Square).

Take the Hudson, Harlem or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there do either of the following:

  • Subway: Take the 42nd Street Shuttle (S) or 7 train from Grand Central to Times Square.
  • Bus: Take the westbound M42 or M104 (located on 42nd Street between Park and Vanderbilt Avenues) to Times Square.
  • Walk: Exit Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street. Walk west on 42nd Street to Times Square.
