As you can see, you have received two tickets: a
round-trip rail ticket (VALID FOR
WEEKEND TRAVEL ONLY) and a special event ticket marked “LINKBUS”.
To get to the Link Bus that will be your
transportation throughout the day, take Metro-North’s Hudson Line to Poughkeepsie
Station. Give the conductor your rail
ticket to punch and give back to you. Make sure to hold onto your rail ticket for
the return trip home.
When you get to the station, follow the signs to the
bus area and look for the “LOOP” bus
stop. Your bus will be the one with the
sign that reads “
When you board the bus, simply give the driver your special
event ticket marked “LINK BUS”.
The shuttle meets the train
leaving Grand Central at 8:57 AM, arriving Poughkeepsie Station at 10:57 AM. For the return trip, the shuttle brings you
back to Poughkeepsie Station to connect with the 5:33 PM train, arriving Grand
Central at 7:24 PM. Be sure to check the current Hudson Line schedule prior to your departure.
