To Our Customers:
The delays of up to 15 minutes you may have experienced this morning resulted from a switch problem that occurred south of our Harlem-125th Street Station at around 8 AM.
Our emergency crews were immediately dispatched to troubleshoot the faulty switch, which took two of our four tracks out of service and caused severe congestion and delays at the height of the morning rush hour. We resolved the issue around 9:30 AM.
