Buying Tickets

1. LIRR Gray, Green or Blue Ticket Machines
Press the “Getaways/Packages” button on the first screen, then select NYC Getaways, then the button for your package or deal. Pay with credit cards or ATM/debit cards. Gray and green machines also accept cash.

2. Ticket Offices
Tickets can be purchased with cash, credit card, ATM/debit or personal checks.

• Package tickets are not sold on trains.
• Tickets are good on trains arriving in Penn Station weekdays after 9:30 AM and returning up to 4 AM the following day, or anytime weekends.
• Family fare rule for children ages 5-11 is up to 4 children are permitted with each paying adult.
• Children under 5 ride free; check with venue for children's admission.
• Packages and prices subject to change.
• Rail tickets are valid for 60 days from date of sale, refundable for 60 days from date of sale (full package only) - subject to $10 refund processing fee per transaction.
