The LIRR encourages the use of MBE / WBE / DBE firms wherever possible, and sets forth goals by individual project for every procurement listed herein.

A current MBE / WBE Listing may be obtained at the New York State Division of Minority and Women Business Development's website. A current DBE listing may be obtained from the MTA Department of Civil Rights.
