If you are traveling to one of Long Island’s premier hospitals, why not take the train? The Long Island Rail Road provides frequent service with convenient bus or taxi connections from many of our stations.

Tickets
One way and round-trip tickets are sold at station ticket offices or through our convenient ticket machines. For substantial savings, purchase off peak ten trip, weekly and monthly tickets.

UniTicket
UniTicket combines bus fare and LIRR train fare into one money-saving ticket. Monthly and weekly LIRR UniTicket’s are available in combination with Nassau Inter-County Express, Long Beach Bus, HART, and select New York City Transit bus routes.

Accessibility Information
Half fare tickets are available for customers with physical disabilities or for persons 65 years or older (not available on peak a.m. westbound trains). Trains and most buses are wheelchair accessible.
