Intrepid Reopens Special Event November 11

The MTA Long Island Rail Road has a special discount package to the newly reopened and restored Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum providing up to 37% in savings including admission and off-peak round trip rail fare. On Tuesday, November 11, Veterans Day, the LIRR will be raffling off two Intrepid family four packs along with other items. The fun takes place from 10 AM to 1 PM in the Penn Station 34th Street Entranceway.

The LIRR Intrepid discount package is available at all LIRR ticket offices and from the gray and blue ticket machines. The package is $28 for adults in zones 1-12, and $34 for adults in Zone 14, children 5-11 cost $13. Seniors 65-plus should check current regular admission and rail fare and compare with the adult package price. Package tickets are not sold on board trains.

The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is located at 12th Avenue and 46th Street. Customers can take the M34 crosstown bus from 34th Street and 8th Avenue.
