Environmental Impact Statement
A Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Fulton Street Transit Center project was issued for public review on May 5, 2004. A Public Hearing was held on June 8, 2004. The Final Environmental Impact Statement was issued on September 29, 2004. A Record of Decision was issued by the Federal Transit Administration on November 22, 2004.
