Application for Staten Island Resident Discount Sticker

New York State Law provides a discount for Staten Island residents utilizing tokens at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. There is also a special resident car pool program that offers a discount for non-commercial vehicles carrying three or more people.

Proof of residency indicating the applicants name and Staten Island address is required. This shall be in the form of a photocopy of your car's registration. If the registration does not indicate your name and Staten Island address, a photocopy of a current utility bill and drivers license indicating your name and Staten Island address is required along with your registration.

When your signed application and proof of residency is received, we will send you a sticker that must be affixed to the window of your car (the sticker will show the proper location). In order to purchase tokens this sticker must be displayed on the vehicle bearing the license plate indicated below. This sticker must also be displayed in order to use car pool tickets. Staten Island discount tokens are sold only at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge toll booths. Staten Island Resident Car Pool tickets can only be purchased by mail from the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority. For additional information please call (1-800) 333-TOLL (8655).
