  MTA STATEN ISLAND RESIDENTS* Receive a $7.24 discount ($5.76 E-Zpass roundtrip versus $13 cash rate) on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. Vehicle must be registered to a valid resident address in Staten Island. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for residency plans. Residency status is subject to periodic review. (Plan Code: SIR) No required prepayment
  
  MTA Rockaway/Broad Channel Residents*  Effective July 23, 2010 residents who live in one of the following zip codes: 11691, 11692, 11693, 11694, 11695, and 11697 will be charged a resident rate of $1.19 for the first two trips taken on each E-ZPass tag between 12:01 AM and midnight on any given day at the Cross Bay Bridge. After the first two trips, all other Cross Bay trips taken with the same E-ZPass tag on the same day will be rebated.

  MTA Rockaway/Broad Channel Residents in the above named zip codes who use the Marine Parkway Bridge pay the resident E-ZPass rate of $1.19, as compared to the cash rate of $3.25 and non-resident E-ZPass rate of $1.80

  *Proof of residency is required. Attach a copy of one of the following: vehicle registration, driver's license or utility bill. A vehicle registration may be used on only one E-ZPass account, which can have up to four tags. Residency status is subject to periodic review.
