E-ZPass Violation

MTA Bridges and Tunnels has gated barriers at eight of our nine facilities, and does not issue E-ZPass violations at those facilities. However, as part of an All Electronic Tolling Initiative, we have removed the toll gates from the E-ZPass lanes at our Henry Hudson Bridge (HHB) facility. Customers without E-ZPass tags, or with invalid accounts, will receive a violation notice in the mail for driving through an E-ZPass lane at the Henry Hudson Bridge. Customers who receive HHB violations, or violations from any other agency, should follow the directions on the notice or contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center by calling the toll free number 1-800-333-TOLL (8655). A customer service representative will be able to answer any specific questions.
