Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service at the E-ZPass Customer Service Center (CSC) through quality control, proficiency in the reporting database, ensuring contract compliance, and technical monitoring of the system. Other responsibilities include maintaining the division’s strategic business plan; evaluating maintenance of the contractor’s disaster recovery and business continuity plan; and supervising staff working on a collections contract, subpoena processing, internal reporting and other tasks.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to plan, manage and coordinate complex operational and technical issues and financial reviews.
- Thorough knowledge of E-ZPass systems, policies, procedures and processes including customer service and business practices, and the IAG.
- 3-7 years experience in supervision and/or management planning and contract administration.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- A master’s degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration and four years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, fiscal or economic research, or related area, or a baccalaureate degree and 5 years of experience as described above, including 18 months of executive, managerial, administrative or supervisory experience.
- A driver’s license valid in the State of New York is required.
